She is very straightforward and down to earth, and is able to explain the process very well. She came over multiple days to help me paint, fix things, and even install items that needed to be done. That level of care and effort is rare and meant so much to me. Throughout the entire process, Marie communicated exceptionally well. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or uninformed. I was very timid and nervous about selling my home, but she walked me through everything step by step and always made me feel like she had my back. When I didn’t have certain tools or resources, she stepped in and helped without hesitation. What stood out to me most was her consistent, positive, and encouraging attitude. Even when I initially told her no or when things didn’t go as planned, she remained kind and professional. I had several other realtors reach out during this process, and I noticed a big difference—many were friendly until I declined working with them, and then their attitude completely changed. Marie was the opposite. She stayed encouraging, respectful, and checked in with genuine care the entire time.
